Allow Me Wear My Colours!
photo credit: Google Oh colours, I love colours. I love them bright and loud, bold and beautiful. I see colour as a gateway for people to express themselves as they feel in that moment. But here i have a roadblock, I find myself in a society that has called each colour by its name and given it a sex. Blue for boys, red for boys, pink for girls, gold for girls and so on. Very often in Nigeria, people would move mad at you unprovoked for wearing what they have termed "woman's colour". It is hilarious isn't it? Well welcome to Nigeria, where the not so bright in mind share unsocilicited advice and end it with the phrase "my opinions tho".
